Quark/Flax
Seed Oil as a Spread with Spicy Herbs
- 125
g Quark or Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 2
tblsp Milk
- 3
tblsp Flax Seed Oil
- Pinch
of Herb Salt (Aromatic Salt)
- 1/2
tsp Dill
- 1tblsp
Marjoram
- 2
Garlic Cloves
Mix
the Quark, Flax Seed Oil and Milk using an
immersion blender to form a thick paste and
put this in a small bowl.
Add
crushed garlic cloves, the dill and marjoram.
Let the mixture stand 1/2 hour. Very tasty
with potatoes, but specially good as a spread.
