Vanilla Ice-Cream
- 3 tblsp Flax See Oil
- 3 tblsp Milk
- 1 tblsp Honey
- 1000g Quark or Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp Ground Vanilla
Mix the Quark, Flax Seed Oil, Milk and Honey in a blender; mix well with the Vanilla. Pour this into the ice-maker right away, while the cream is still liquid, place in the freezer. This ice cream is very smooth when frozen and can be easily served to the unwell as dessert, especially in combination with 2-3 differently colored ice creams.
