Berries
and Quark Mix
Ingredients:
- 300
g low-fat quark or cottage
cheese
- 200
g berries
- 1
tablespoon omega-3 oil of
your choice, like flax oil
Preparation:
Simply quark mix or puree the berries
and add Dr. Budwig's omega-3 oil.
This is already a delicious and nutritious
combination.
But
you can still add other ingredients
according to taste. For a low carb
breakfast we recommend to add 2-3
tbsp chia seeds, coconut and
nuts to taste. But you can
still mix oatmeal and dried
fruits if you'd like more
carbohydrates.
