Budwig
Cream with Blackcurrants
Ingredients
for 1 serving:
- 125
g low-fat quark or cottage
cheese
- 1-2
tbsp omega-3 oil
- 2
tablespoons of milk
- 1-2
teaspoons honey
- 2
tablespoons shredded nuts
- Mark
of 1/8 vanilla pod
- 2-3
tablespoons black currants,
washed
Preparation:
Add shredded nuts and blackcurrants
to a vessel. From the cottage cheese,
the milk, the omega-3 oil and the
honey stir a homogeneous cream. No
more oil must be seen. Then season
with the vanilla. Add the quark-linseed-cream
on layers of currants. Finally lovingly
garnish with a few fruits!
Depending
on the type of fruit, the Budwig cream
can be sweetened with a little more
honey and taste varies.
