Linseed Oil Dip with Fresh Herbs
for 1 serving:
tbsp omega-3 oil of
tablespoons low-fat quark
tbsp parsley and chives
Whisk omega-3 oil, milk and cheese
together. Add the fresh herbs and
taste the mixture with salt and pepper.
Garnish dip with some freshly harvested
borage flowers, and serve with some
bread and vegetables sliced into strips.
